At the Tropicana restaurant we have an exceptional ham cutter: Desiderio Sebastián. Since 2014, Desiderio has been a key part of our team, and his dedication and skill led him to be proclaimed Champion of Spain and Master slicer in 2023.

Every ham that Desiderio selects comes from the Dehesa de Extremadura, where the pigs are fed exclusively on pasture and acorns, ensuring unparalleled quality. Watching Desiderio cut ham is simply a spectacle; his impeccable technique and precision transform each cut into a true work of art.
